Skamol has supplied insulating materials to the lime industry for many years and continuous efforts are made to provide customer specific energy saving solutions.

The Skamol products are used as back-up insulation. The superb thermal conductivity of the products is an important factor to conserve energy and to secure a good thermal efficiency in the furnaces.

The strong Skamol M-EXTRA insulating bricks are beneficial for the rotary Mesa kilns at pulp and paper mills.
