Skamol divests NCM marine panel business

Skamol has divested its Marine Panels and Marine Fire Doors business to our former Business Director of the Fire Protection Products division Anette Stagstrup and her associates in the newly established company LiteCore A/S. The divestment includes the NCM plant for production of cores for fire doors and marine panels. See Press Release (for Danish version click here).
