The continued development is systematised through our own efficiency program “Skamol Business System", where we record all key indicators in the search for possible improvements. This leads to detailed goals and strategies, e.g. reducing energy consumption, minimising waste and finding new uses for excess materials in our production.
We have also implemented LEAN in the more traditional sense.
