Skamol A/S is acquired by FSN Capital
In December 2012 FSN Capital signed an agreement to acquire Skamol A/S and it is our pleasure to announce that the closing has been finalized per 01.02 2013.
FSN Capital is a leading Nordic private equity investment company focused on the middle-market segment, with offices in Stockholm, Oslo and Copenhagen.
