Production capacity for ABF increases
For decades Skamol has supplied super insulation bricks and blocks to anode baking furnace projects all around the world.
In order to be prepared for the upcoming but delayed surge in smelter projects we have acquired an additional production capacity of Moler bricks in Russia (Diatomovy Kombinat). This will allow us to produce an even higher volume of ABF bricks at the plant in Denmark and thus ensure that sufficient quantities will be available for our customers and at competitive conditions as always.
We continuously produce the BB- or BF-block to order. This also applies to LR-1750 which we have recently renamed to SUPRA, in fact we merged the two brick grades into one, formerly known as LR-1750.
BB-filler for the BB-blocks and FL-06 mortar for the SUPRA and BF-blocks are available as always.
For BB- or BF-blocks we provide customised datasheets and corresponding specifications applying to the ABF technology of your choice.
